Bereavement often leaves people feeling lonely and isolated. HEARTSEASE  provides the opportunity to meet together in a relaxed atmosphere on the first Friday afternoon of every month at 2.30pm at the Baptist Church. Membership is not restricted to people who attend Seaford Baptist Church; all are welcome. We have time for companionship and a delicious tea, provided by a great team of helpers.

There is a programme of speakers and other activities to cater for a wide variety of interests. We also have a summer outing and a Christmas party. (See photos of the 2007 outing to Bewl Water.) Evening sorties to productions at Seaford’s Little Theatre and Barn Theatre are arranged periodically.

We telephone members every month to remind them of the next meeting and we try to arrange transport if needed.
