Over the coming months, there will be other dates to put in your diary. Events coming up in July and August:

Body and Soul Exercise Classes Friday 6th August - 1.30 to 2.25pm Bodywork Circuit Class for age 18 to 60 years and then from 2.50 to 4.00pm an Exercise class for 60 and over (cost £5 per class).
